Our professionals typically have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the proposal space — with unique specializations in the asset management industry. We carefully match this expertise to our clients’ needs.

Who We Are Not
We are not a proposal mill.
Our focus is on longer-term relationships. While we sometimes take on shorter-term projects, we do so very selectively, on a case-by-case basis—focusing on those that could grow in length.
We are not a revolving-door matching agency.
Just like any buttoned-up financial firm, we carefully seek out top talent and put them through a rigorous interview process with sample work and writing tests—similar to your own internal hiring process.
We are not looking to expand into multiple arenas.
Our focus is solely on asset management—though we cater to many specializations within that—and that will remain the case.

Join Us
We are always looking for talented proposal writers, coordinators, managers, and database implementation specialists. To be considered for long-term contract or direct placement work, we require that you have:
- 5-10+ years of experience writing and managing proposals
- 5-7+ years of experience in asset management
- 3-5+ years of experience using proposal database software (if applicable)
